2026 ALASKA AIRLINES CLUB 49® PHOTO AND VIDEO SUBMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. DESCRIPTION
Alaska Airlines Club 49 seeks ongoing photo and video submissions from Club 49 members across the state of Alaska to use, with full rights, in Club 49 marketing materials.
2. HOW TO SUBMIT
Photos and videos can be submitted to Alaska at any time via the entry portal on Shortstack, found here: https://forms.club49hub.com/photo-video-mailbox. To submit a photo or video, complete the form and submit it with your photo and/or videos (“Materials”). By submitting the form with the Materials, you are indicating your agreement that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, that the photos and/or videos submitted will become the property of Alaska Airlines and that you release full social media, publicity, marketing and other usage rights to Alaska Airlines, and Alaska Airlines may use the likeness, name and/or voice of any persons in your photo or video in any social media communication, publicity or marketing, or future promotions without compensation or approval.
3. PRIVACY
Any personal information submitted to Alaska Airlines will be subject to the privacy policy posted at https://www.alaskaair.com/content/legal/privacy-policy. By submitting a photo or video, you grant Alaska Airlines permission to share your first name and last name initial together with the photo or video.
4. RELEASE
Reminder: Submitting a photo or video to Alaska Airlines means you give Alaska Airlines the right to make it by the public. Please take care to not submit any photo or video that contains inappropriate content or content that may be private, sensitive or confidential or that could potentially reveal personal information, home location, contact information, school name, or any other potentially harmful information related to a minor. Alaska Airlines will make reasonable efforts to utilize digital editing technology to remove such information, if present in a photo or video, but you hold ultimate responsibility for any and all information revealed in a photo or video. You are solely responsible for informing and attaining permission from any and all persons who appear in any submitted photo or video that his or her likeness is being submitted for public use by Alaska Airlines.
License to Photos and Videos. You grant Alaska Airlines an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide copyright license to download, copy, adjust for publication, distribute, perform, and use the photo(s) and/or video(s) for free, including for commercial purposes, without permission from or attributing the photographer.
Disputes. Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, your photo or video submission shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of Washington. All issues and questions concerning your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Alaska Airlines in connection with the submissions, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Washington or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Washington.
