After 90 years, we continue to take new steps to be the best airline we can be. In 2021, Alaska Airlines launched a new inclusivity initiative, based on the belief that every person deserves respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, capability, gender or sexual orientation. We are committed to creating a more equitable working environment in all forms, starting with racial equity. By 2025, Alaska Airlines is working toward matching the racial diversity of our leadership with that of our frontline employees.
