“Find the Golden Wings” scavenger hunt official rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Please read these rules (the “Official Rules”) before entering Alaska Airlines’ “Find the Golden Wings” scavenger hunt (the “Contest”). You agree that, by participating, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements.

Description. The sponsor of the Alaska Airlines Contest is Alaska Airlines, Inc. (Sponsor). The Contest begins on May 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. AKDT and ends on May 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. AKDT (Promotion Period).

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Agreement to Official Rules. By participating, any person who enters (Entrant) agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to interpret and apply these Official Rules at its sole discretion, and to modify or terminate the Contest at any time.

Eligibility. If you are an individual legal resident of the United States, residing in the state of Alaska and are 18 years of age or older, you are eligible to enter the Contest.  Entrants must be Club 49 members of the Atmos™ Rewards program. However, membership in this program is free, and Alaska residents can join the program by visiting: http://www.alaskaair.com/club49.  Entrants from the other 49 States and the District of Columbia are ineligible to enter or win. Employees of Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air (“Sponsor”, “we” or “Alaska”) and their spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren (“immediate family members”), and Sponsor’s affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) and all other companies associated with the Contest, and their respective agents, officers, and directors, and all individuals, including, but not limited to, consultants, independent contractors, so-called “temporary employees,” former employees and interns (and their immediate family members) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win the Contest.

How to Enter. On May 10, 2026 (“Contest Day”), Alaska begin posting clues about the mystery location (the “Location”) on Alaska’s Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/alaskaairlines) and website (https://club49hub.com/) channel. To enter the contest, participants must decipher hints and find a pair of hidden Golden Wings at the Location. The Location of the Golden Wings will be within the Petersburg Borough Service Area. The Wings will not be on privately owned property or another business. The Wings will not be hidden in a dangerous or compromising areas. 

How Prize Winner will be selected. The winning contestant will discover and turn the Golden Wings into the Alaska Airlines Mayfest booth by the end of the Artisan Market on May 16.

Other Promotions. Sponsor may be running a similar contest at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other contest unless you enter each contest separately.

Prizes. We will award TWO (2) Atmos Gold elite status upgrades to the winning contestant. Status will expire 1/31/2027. Approximate retail value: $6,000.

Restrictions: Prize is nonrefundable and nontransferable.  The prize may not be replaceable if lost, damaged or stolen.  Winner must be 18 years of age or older. Winner must possess all necessary documentation required for air travel (e.g. a valid, government–issued Driver’s License, US passport, etc.), and may also be required to undergo additional security screening at Alaska’s discretion to claim their prizes. Sponsor is not required to (but may at its sole discretion) offer any substitutions, cash redemptions, or alternative to prizes awarded under this Contest.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable.  Recipients of prize must have a U.S. mailing address.  All prizes awarded are subject to the restrictions and limitations noted in these Official Rules, on the prizes and/or included with the prizes.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES AND FEES, INCLUDING INCOME TAX, SALES TAX, AND ANY OTHER EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF THE RECEIPT AND USE OF THE PRIZES, ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.  Any difference between the stated estimated value of a prize and its actual value will not be awarded.  Winner agrees to accept prize “as is.”

Additional Terms. Each contestant agrees that, by participating in the Contest, we may use contestant’s name, image, or likeness in any manner and in any medium for our promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Contest or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, postage due, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website; acting in violation of these rules; or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. No greater than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection of any potential prize winner or if more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided in these Official Rules, we may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.

Miscellaneous. The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States. If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. We may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Each participant agrees (for himself or herself, his or her guest, and his or her heirs) that, by entering the Contest, we, along with our affiliates and agents, will have no liability, and will be held harmless by the participant, for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence. You agree that our decisions related to the Contest and all drawings are final. We may be required to disclose the winner’s address to state regulatory authorities.

Privacy Policy: Any personal information supplied by any contestant to the Sponsor will be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at: https://www.alaskaair.com/content/legal/privacy-policy.

Winners’ List and Official Rules: Individuals may request the names of Winner by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope by November 30, 2026 to: Alaska Airlines P.O. Box 68900, Seattle, Washington 98168.  To receive a copy of the Official Rules during the Contest Period, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address above; Attn: Find the Golden Wings rules request.
